'Lyon & Healy and Salvi Certified' Harp Technician
Preheat oven 325 F. Butter and Flour 13X9X2 inch pan.
Mix the following together:
2 & 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Beat Sugar, butter and oil together in a large bowl. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla.
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in dry ingredients alternating with Buttermilk in 3 additions. Mix in zuchinni.
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups grated zucchinni, unpeeled
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with Chocolate chips and nuts.
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup walnuts
Bake @50 mins. Cool completely in pan.
