Wooden skewers @6 inches long.
Fruit cut up into large bite size chunks.
Eg. - Mango, strawberry, kiwi, orange, banana, peach, plum, berries, apricot, dragon fruit, etc.
1-2 Tbsp. Honey
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Skewer fruit onto wooden skewers.
Heat honey in a small bowl in the microwave for @10 seconds.
Add lemon or lime juice. Stir and brush over fruit.
Store fruit kebobs in fridge until ready to serve.
