1 can frozen concentrated lemonade (or 3/4 of the can)
1 large bunch of mint leaves and stems
Put both concentrate and mint into a blender. Add ice to fill the blender almost to the top. Add 2-3 cups water but don't cover the ice. Blend thoroughly at high speed. Serve immediately in a large glass with a straw.
For an extra kick, add Vodka or Rum to taste.
Israeli Mint Lemonade
We discovered this wonderfully refreshing drink in Israel. We had it every afternoon at
our B&B in Jerusalem, sitting under the grape arbor during the summer heat. It's addictive!
